Hi, I’m Sean Galligan, founder of SPG Construction & Development, a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Massachusetts. I’m a Massachusetts Maritime Academy graduate with a background in engineering and hands-on experience working for both the VA healthcare system and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Over the past 13 years, I’ve also built a multifamily real estate portfolio, which gives me a practical understanding of long-term asset value, project efficiency, and cost control — all of which inform how I approach construction today.Our Mission
